    A fifth third better? Went for a quick deposit of cash, just $50.00 in my son's account. 15 minutes I waited in the drive-thru. And I wasn't waiting behind people I was at the window! waiting most of the time for someone to come to the window, with 5 other car's behind me waiting. After pressing the help button two different times someone finally comes to the window and says it's going to be a minute! Seriously fifth third get it together!

    I emailed them the day they posted an apartment listing and asked them for a viewing. They didn't get back to me, so I called two days later (Thursday) and asked for a viewing. They called me the next day (Friday) and set up a viewing for 2:00pm on the following Monday with instructions to call an hour or half hour before the viewing to confirm. Monday rolls around and I called them at 1:00; no answer, but I left a message telling them I would be there. I show up to the apartment at 1:50 and wait. And wait. And wait. I tried calling them but it went straight to voicemail. By this time it's 2:20 and I decide to leave. They called me about 5 minutes later and ask if I'm still there, I said "no, but I can head back." They then tell me that it's not worth it because they already accepted an application for it, but I could still see it if I really wanted to wait for them to get there. They also said they didn't have any other openings for me. TL;DR they scheduled a viewing with me and then gave the apartment away before my viewing. Terrible business practices.
